How is a verified review different to a Google review?+

Google verifies the Google account — not the customer relationship. We verify that the reviewer was actually invoiced or served by the business, and we surface that tier on every review.

How long does setup take?+

Most workspaces send their first invitation campaign within 20 minutes. Full CRM sync and widget embed usually inside a day.

Can I import existing reviews?+

Yes — from Google, Trustpilot, Yotpo, REVIEWS.io and CSV. Imported reviews carry an explicit 'imported' tier until we re-verify them.

What happens if a review is fake?+

Anyone can dispute. We require evidence from both sides, and our moderation team reviews within one business day.

Do you support multiple brands?+

Yes. Enterprise workspaces hold many brands, each with isolated permissions, billing and widgets.

Is there a free plan?+

Yes. Up to 50 invitations a month, every widget, full verification ladder. No card.

Where is data stored?+

UK by default. EU available. Both regions are isolated and never replicated cross-border.

Can I leave?+

Yes — full export of reviews, invitations, evidence and replies in a single click.
